Sublime Professional is the owner of the website www.Sublime-Professional.com (hereinafter, the “Website”). The term “Website” refers to both the publicly visible portion during navigation and any private sections or areas accessible only to Registered Users. These Terms and Conditions govern the conditions applicable to the navigation by users within the Website. Sublime Professional makes this Website available to users in order to provide useful information about the activities and services offered by the company and to facilitate the purchase of the training programs offered from time to time through the Website (hereinafter, the “Program(s)”).

2. Purpose and Scope

The following sets out the conditions governing the purchase of the Programs through the Website and the rights and obligations arising from the subscription to these services. The purchase of the Programs must be carried out in accordance with the instructions specified in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other specific conditions indicated on screen during navigation or by any other means, so that the Registered User acknowledges and accepts such procedures as necessary to access the services and/or Programs offered on the Website.

3. Procedures for Acquiring the Programs

The Programs consist of a series of online training courses provided by Sublime Professional. These courses include theoretical content, practical classes, and supplementary documents on topics such as beauty, manicures, pedicures, lashes, etc. Additionally, the Programs include other features such as webinars; virtual and in-person events; participation in moderated forums; real-time Q&A sessions; and others that Sublime Professional may determine from time to time.

Sublime Professional informs the User that it is a private company, not affiliated with any public or private university or educational institution, and that any certificates it issues are strictly private. The certificate issued upon completion is private in nature and is neither issued by nor recognized by any public or private body other than Sublime Professional itself.

Users wishing to purchase Programs must be at least eighteen (18) years old or, if underage, have the express authorization of their legal guardians. Payment will be made via credit or debit card, or by any other payment method enabled on the Website (such as Stripe). In the case of choosing the “installment payment” option, if the Registered User fails to make the regular payments, Sublime Professional will suspend access until the payment is made.

4.3. Universal Refund & Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing, accessing, downloading, or streaming any portion of the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I. Immediate Performance & Consent You provide your prior express consent for the immediate performance of this contract and for the digital content to be made available to you immediately.

II. Waiver of Cancellation Rights You acknowledge that once the performance has begun (e.g., you login to the portal, download a file, or start a stream), you lose your statutory right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period. Pursuant to Article 103(m) of the Spanish TRLGDCU and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with prior express consent.

III. Final Sale All sales of digital content are final. Except as required by local mandatory law (such as the “Legal Warranty” in the EU/UK or Quebec), no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after access has been granted.

IV. Regional Statutory Exceptions

  • European Union/UK: Pursuant to Article 103(m) of the TRLGDCU (Spain), your right of withdrawal expires the moment digital performance begins with your consent.

  • Canada: This section constitutes an “Internet Agreement” under provincial Consumer Protection Acts (e.g., Ontario, Quebec). Your acceptance confirms you have been provided with all “Pre-contract Disclosure” information.

  • United States: This policy is governed by applicable state and federal contract laws. Your access to the content constitutes a waiver of any “cooling-off” period claims.

V. Technical Issues If the digital content is defective or you cannot access the Program due to a technical error on our part, please contact info@sublime-professional.com within 14 days. We will first attempt to rectify the access; if we cannot, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion.

It is strictly prohibited to modify, copy, or distribute the content without prior express written authorization.

8. Links
