Website Registration and Password
The contracting of the services provided and products offered through the Website requires prior registration by Users, during which a password will be chosen to enable personal identification of the User. With regard to the collection and processing of personal data by Sublime Professional, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
Through registration, a User identifier is acquired, consisting of the email address and password chosen by the User during the registration process. This access key is personal and non-transferable. These credentials will be requested each time the User seeks to access and use the Website’s services and will serve as the identification and authentication mechanism in the system. The password chosen by the User is personal and non-transferable and may not be assigned, even temporarily, to third parties. In the event that a User becomes aware of or suspects the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of their password by a third party, they must promptly notify Sublime Professional.
Users are advised to periodically change their password. The User shall safeguard the password with due diligence and will be responsible for any use or access by unauthorized third parties. Under no circumstances will Sublime Professional request, by any means (e.g., email or other), that the Client provide the key or password that allows access to the Website’s services. The User is obligated not to disclose the access key to any third party. Each User will be liable for any expenses and damages arising from the use of the services by any third party that gains access to the account due to the User’s negligence or loss of the password.
Once registered, the User will receive an alphanumeric code at the email address provided during registration. This code is intended to verify the User’s identity when contracting one of the services or products offered through the Website; each time such a contracting is attempted, the User will be asked to provide this code.
